Our Youth, Pembroke's Future
Tanyard Youth Project provides a unique, safe and welcoming place for 10 to 18 year olds in Pembroke where they can meet, relax, socialise and have fun taking part in a wide range of activities, trips and outings. We are open six nights each week and all year round. Find us on the Commons in Pembroke. Our opening times can be found on our website and you can find us on Facebook too.

Why We Love It Here >

I love working with Postcards and Podcasts… advancing the promotion of Pembrokeshire’s history better and more interestingly than any other group yet. It is so invigorating working with historians and people with vested interests in their heritage - it makes you very proud.
Dylan James
Why We're Great >

The skills I have learnt, and am learning, are drastically affecting my future and will hopefully set me apart.
Members Gallery
Young people at the Tanyard are always encouraged to try new activities and experimenting with photography using professional equipment is often popular. We can provide expert tuition in photography, editing and enhancing photographs using modern software packages. Here, in our Members' Gallery, are some of the practice pictures taken by young people on a recent trip to Carew Cheriton.
